“Oshawa over the last 20 years has had to reposition itself and has made incredible strides in terms of its economic resiliency, investments in post-secondary, the growth of industry, and change. And so I think sometimes you have to pull back. You can’t look at it as a you know, year-over-year incremental change, have you done decade-over-decade? Decade over decade, I think it’s really changed. That’s not to say there’s not more to do. There’s always more to do.”
